Anti-Fraud Policy

Objective

The objective of this Anti-Fraud Policy is to implement monetary and risk controls that will aid in the detection and prevention of fraud against Irish Expert. It is the intent of Irish Expert to promote consistent organizational behavior and uphold the highest standards of moral and ethics while conducting business.

Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to all employees, Designated Partners, vendors, contractors, outside agencies, and any other parties having a business relationship with Irish Expert.

This Anti-Fraud Policy covers any act or omission that constitutes fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to misuse of cash, funds, stock, proprietary information, intellectual property, assets, consumables, office supplies, contracts, bribes, gifts, favours, undue influence, or prioritization for personal or collective gain.

Anti-Fraud Policy Notice to Clients

Policy

  • Management is responsible for the detection and prevention of fraud, misappropriation, and irregularities.
  • Fraud includes intentional misrepresentation or concealment of material facts for personal or collective gain and constitutes a serious breach of trust and Code of Conduct.

Actions Constituting Fraud

  • Forgery, falsification of documents, misrepresentation, impersonation, or similar acts.
  • Misappropriation of funds, securities, supplies, or assets.
  • Improper handling or reporting of financial transactions.
  • Profiteering using insider knowledge.
  • Any related or similar fiscal irregularity.

When making payments to Irish Expert, clients are entitled to demand official receipts. All payments are acknowledged via centralized software. For payment-related queries, contact accounts@irishexpert.com.

Payments to IRISH EXPERT Staff

Clients are strongly cautioned against making additional payments to any Irish Expert employee. Any request for extra payments, document fabrication, or profile manipulation must be reported immediately.

Irish Expert is not liable for any verbal or written agreements made independently between clients and employees or their references.

Vendors Referred by IRISH EXPERT Staff

Clients are advised not to engage with vendors suggested by Irish Expert employees. Such engagements are neither endorsed nor permitted, and Irish Expert is not responsible for any losses incurred.

Fraudulent Documentation

Irish Expert does not handle cases involving fraudulent documentation or false information. All submissions are assumed to be genuine and accurate.

  • Do not submit forged or fabricated documents.
  • Do not believe claims of influencing visa outcomes or processing speed.
  • Beware of imposters posing as visa officers.
  • Avoid fake government or visa websites.
  • Be cautious of job or visa scams that appear too good to be true.

Fraud is a criminal offense in many countries and may lead to visa refusal, bans, penalties, and legal action. The responsibility for visa applications rests solely with the applicant.

Irish Expert Management strictly advises against fraud or misrepresentation. Submission of fraudulent documentation can result in bans of up to ten (10) years from the respective country.

Guarantees

Irish Expert does not guarantee jobs or visas. Visa decisions are solely at the discretion of immigration authorities. Any employee making such promises should be reported immediately.
